Tell us about yourself and what led to the Residency?

I designed textiles for 35 years in NYC and have now moved on to create fine fiber art. I love working with both primitive weighted warp creations using foraged tree branches, weaving in the most primitive methods as well as working on the TC2 using technology to further the richness and diversity of fiber arts.

Have you had any previous experience with Digital Weaving or Jacquard?

Yes I did a residency in 2023 at DWL

Any goals for the residency you'd like to share?

I hope to create 4 pleated tapestry works.
