Tell us about yourself and what led to the Residency?

I generally weave simple structures to emphasize my unusual yarns and the act of weaving itself. But I’ve become intrigued by the possibilities of complex weaving because I’m interested in the patterns of nature. Weaving is of course an ancient technology using the materials of nature.

Have you had any previous experience with Digital Weaving or Jacquard?

Yes. I’ve woven on a TC2 once before.
