Weaving on the road! Interested in where to find the Praxis truck or how to get the truck to your event?
We have converted the bed of a pick-up truck into a mobile loom. The Praxis Pick up is a 4’ x 4’ x 4’ loom that slides in and out of the truck on a built-in tray. With this truck, we can travel anywhere and teach weaving on site. This project has become imperative to engage with residents all over Cleveland. Over the last 12 months, the Praxis Pick Up Truck was deployed at 7 events and engaged hundreds of individuals at these events. At our most recent event, one young participant, age 10, exclaimed “I could do this all day, can I?”.
