Tell us about yourself and what led you to the residency?

I'm Yixin, from Beijing China. My work centered with textile and soft sculptures. I really miss my experience working on the TC2 during my BFA in SAIC and been looking for an opportunity to weave on it again so I found here.

Have you had any previous experience with Digital Weaving or Jacquard?

Yes

Any goals for the residency you'd like to share?

I hope to complete a new series of Jacquard work.
