Tell us about yourself and what led you to the residency?

I am an artist and long-time weaver that has a deep appreciation for shaft loom weaving. The residency gives me an opportunity to take some of my ideas to another level. I am happy to see where this adventure leads me.

Have you had any previous experience with Digital Weaving or Jacquard?

I worked as a jacquard upholstery designer for over a decade and have continued to work on jacquard software for collaborations and to plan my complex shaft loom projects.

Any goals for the residency you'd like to share?

To create a new body of work and to see how I respond to working on the TC2 loom.
